Hello fellas. I'm hoping to get some assistance to get my (newly acquired) 1997 LT1 Camaro 4L60E up and running. I recently picked it up for cheap from a guy who also couldn't get it started, and it has been sitting in garages for over 3-years. I'm dealing with a "no-spark" condition. The starter cranks, fuel pressure is 43 psi, but I have no spark. I just replaced the ignition switch but that did not help. My factory Service Manual arrives tomorrow but I was hoping to get pointed in the right direction to get this fixed. Right now, I have no power at the PCM Blue connector pin 3 or Black connector pin 30. I also checked the PCM fuse in the under-hood fuse panel and have no power there either. Could this be as simple as a fusible link? If so, how the heck do you figure out which one? I'm a newbie to electronics, but I have most tools and references to get this fixed, I just need some technical guidance... Thanks in advance!
EDIT: I only checked fuel pressure with the fuel pump primer connection under hood; I did not record it while cranking. 1997 LT1, 4L60E, 3.73 Rear, 3600 Vigilante, Hooker Long tubes...No start!

My problem is before that. It’s within the vehicle wiring in the ignition circuit. Battery to fuse panels/ignition switch…somewhere in there is a break.
Woo Hoo! I got it started! Turned out to be multiple electrical issues I had to discover one at a time. I found the battery negative ground was cut and half-*** soldered back together, then wrapped in a bundle of electrical tape. The PCM ground was connected to the starter solenoid, the ICM ground wire was not making a connection, and the ICM connector was shorting out (not making a connection). I ended up going through all grounds and re-splicing multiple connections today. This car hasn't started in over 3.5 years, so I'm calling success today! Thanks to SHBOX.com and my service manual - I was able to figure it all out!
Plan to find and fix a few more issues and then drop a 383 in it!
