which one is a better set up? Which one would be better for a hydraulic motor?
A dual stage of nitrous with two stages of 150 or just do a 225 single plate shot ?
and which one would make more power ?

A 2 stage would be better. especially if you have traction issues. If you have 2 stages of 150 then that would make 300 so it would be more than the single 225 shot...
An example of this is this. MY friends car would run approx 2 tenths quicker if he sprayed 150 then another 150 after he hit 2nd gear. If he sprayed 300 out of the hole he would shock the tires, and loose traction....

I agree, multiple stages, especially with limited traction is the way to go. I just run a measily single stage b/c I'm not getting too carried away with the spray...yet!
