It's finally running. Had to buy a new fuel pump, starter and last but not least a new battery.
My neighbor brought over his battery charger and that's how we got it started. Stuff goes to crap if it sits too long. PEACE>Tony

Default Running again

Installed the battery and it fired up. Idles rough and I have to feather the throttle to keep it running. Efans aren't working so it got hot real quick. Afr is 18.8 and fp is 38lbs. Tried putting it in gear and nada. Well at least there
are no leaks so far. Alot of issues still to deal with but I'm motivated again. PEACE>Tony

I was able to use my tunercat program today. I'm sending the file to Frank aka Revolution so he can make a new program for me. Thanks for asking Nate. I'm getting closer to hitting the street and sneeking up on some unsuspecting victims. PEACE>Tony

Finally got back from my holidays trip to Florida. Hung out with Justin aka "Leadfoot" over in Tampa. Well I went and started up the engine and to my surprize it remained idling. Before I would have to keep my foot on the gas peddle at around 1700rpm or it would die out. I think the ecu is still on a learning curve. I did unplug the maf so it would start up running on speed density. Later I plugged it back in while still running and it remained the same. The wife just bought a new vid camera and I'm going to record some footage for you guys that have been patiently following my house of pain. PEACE OUT>Tony

If the torque converter were not engaged properly to the trans, will the truck not move when put into gear(drive)? Would I hear some sort of noise that would indicate a problem. Fluid level seems ok.This is my situation at present. PEACE OUT>Tony

that could be a posibility when you dont get the converter engaged correctly the converter will stick out and when you bolt the tranny back to the motor it there is not enough room for the converter so it just pushes the converter into the tranny and it will break alot of stuff inside, as for noise i dont think it will make a noise it might but a friend of mine did this same thing and his didnt make anynoise when it was running it was just like it was in nuetral all the time, hope this helps

Well I solved my tranny problems. Now I'm in the process of swapping out my stock intake for the modified 2114 Edelbrock. Just need a few misc. items and my tb bonnet back from Sam and I'm done. PEACE OUT>Tony

I downloaded the cal.file. The engine turns over but won't start. Need to check the usual stuff first like timing, spark, and making sure the injectors are working.
