done right? my guess if you shop around and take your time, you're probably looking at $30,000. that's engine ($18k, carb based) trans ($2500+), converter ($1200), rearend ($2000), driveshaft ($500), fuel system ($800+), cooling upgrades ($500), suspension mods ($$$$), and a bunch of misc........($4500) = $30,000 total. that's my guess'timate.

damn! if you're not planning on putting any n2o through it, that's a great deal. $11,495, that's for the aluminum headed 572 according to the part #? i'd go for that. and if you're not concerned with the 2yr/24k mile warranty, how much of a hit would you say that motor could take? 200 shot or better? just wondering what those internals can handle.

Default Prox,

Shipping abroad is no problem. We have loyal customers in Australia, Nz, England, Japan and Latin America, in short, globally. We recommend a company called Bax Logistics for arrangements.
We appreciate your interest. If you care call 631-737-0467, extension 107 and ask for a free catalog.
Pray,
Our blocks are used by Grave Digger and other truck racers and pullers as well as all manner of drag cars. The iron blocks can handle in excess of 1400 HP. A 200 shot is comfortable with the Eagle items we use in this combination. They have a good margin at this level - WHEN PROPERLY SET UP BY THE END USER. Spray, as you know, is critical as to set-up. This does however void the warranty.

yea, i wasn't concerned with the capabilities of the block itself. i'm sure it can handle that without and issues. i was more interested in the capabilities of the rotating assy that comes with the motor as listed for the part # you provided. but i think you covered that there and no doubt it comes down to the tune.

Prox,
If you're on a very tight budget, the cost of used equipment will always be less than new, premium equipment, such as we make.
I naturally feel our motors offer better value without the need to swap or rebuild older equipment. Other than cost, why a used 500ci engine rather than a new 509, 540, 572 or 632 built with premium parts and dyno-tested?
But to stick to your question, our Merlin III heads and Merlin manifolds as well as Hardcore carbs can improve such an engine.

understand

I need to plan my car overhaul for the moment I’m in the first stage I may go for the 509 aluminum head or 540 Iron head which one do you recommend ?

I may need 5 or 6 month before ordering the engine just give me some time to plan every thing and collect the fund needed

Keep up the good work guys

Abdullah
