I was looking at building a 454 with the eagle forged rotating assembly, RPM, whats the highest it could spin, 8000, 9000?? And what would it take?

Also what years should I be looking for, I was thinking about getting a 454 out of a truck, anything I should know, 4 bolt mains, thicker walls??

depends on alot of variable as far as spring pressure and cam but i wouldn't take an eagle rotating assembly past 6800 on a regular basis.
