SBC in 02 Maro Ok guys I got an lt1 KMember but I need to know like what motor mounts and what I need to do differently to the wiring and such..Will my stock starter wires and all work?Please chime in and let me know,I tried a search but the answers were vague..Thanks.

You should be able to use 90% of the stock connections including the wiring for the starter.
Make sure you test fire your motor before you put the k-member in. It'll be fun pulling the distributor.
In fact, make sure you buy a BRAND NEW quality distributor because you will not want to be taking it out.Ben T.
I second the statement to buy a good dist. Of course I also suggest for you to look under my screen name and pull up my topic's/post on how you can pull a dist. in a 4th gen that has a BBC in it. I figure if you cut your cowl like mine you'll be fine even though I'm running a BBC and your looking at a SBC.
