350HO w/ TPI
Im ordering this engine for my 91 TPI camaro >tomakethels6intownfrown<
http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...tegoryId=10763
And im going to upgrade the TPI system (edelbrock) etc... i still have the factory ECU etc.
would it be a hassle to mount this engine and new intake in my car w/ any problems? like would the engine run right, would the computer handle it right?
would i have to invest in a new ignition system? would i have to get a computer-controlled cam etc...

If your going that route, why dont you just look at Scoggin Dickey and check out their Vortec TPI 350. The numbers are bigger and the heads are already matched to the TPI intake setup.

its the stock 350 w/ tpi.... it runs fine.. though i wish to have a new engine but the same set up...
ps - the manifold is for vortec heads only.. other than the intake fitting etc.. what other problems would occur? like my stock ecu not reading the cam.. or the compression not right, wrong ignition etc...
