Is there a formula that will indicate the deck height of an engine, based on the measurement across the bottom of the intake manifold? I have several Big Chief and DRCE intakes that I have no idea which deck they were designed for.

I wish there was. I have a sheet metal intake & heads from a Pro-Stock and I was told you can only try it to find out. I've also had a chance to get more really cheap over the years.

Talked to several engine shops in the last week and none of them have ever heard of a formula. Oh well.
