Question 355SBC ideas on hp?

Hey, ive got a
355
dart 215cc iron eagle heads 64cc
RPM airgap intake
Mighty Demon 750
cam is 480/480 lift with 1.5, and 234/234 duration.
i have 1.6 rr on the motor, any idea what the new lift would be?
compression should be right around 10:1
I have a MSD digi 6+ that i will be putting in the car, my question is what would be the best distributer setup to get for it? i have a brand new HEI accel vac adv that was given to me with a accell HEI cap.

Also, any ideas on HP/TQ? it will be running through a t56 trans and a beefed up 3.73 10 bolt.

Anything you guys would change about this motor?

Im used to building motors back to stock specs (60s chevy showcars) im not very familiar with tuning higher performance engines.

Thanks again.

-slim

.512/.512 lift.

I run the factory ignition without problems. Heads seem a little large for a 355 but if you already have them then I would run them. Try for a .035" quench to keep detonation under control and a better burn.

I think what saves him is the 6 spd. You can come up on power as you please vs an auto

I would have gone up on the cam or down on the heads.
You will be able to grow obviously.

I'm not home to run your combo on desktop dyno. I think your heads are too big for your combo, but run what you have, I guess. You can always get a bigger cam

Those heads will work fine on that motor. Your motor will want to rev anyway with the cam that's in it. They sound like a fair match to me.

Camshaft is a bit small, but it should make some torque with it.

310hp/330 tq to the wheels on a guess. The combo looks pretty good to me. I think it will run nicely.

Thanks for the input guys , I kinda figured the cam was a bit small for the heads, for exhaust I have hooker 2210's running into dual 3in pipes and spintech mufflers. What dyno programs do you guys use? I'm using virtual engine dyno 2005 pro, and that prog estimates peak hp of 496 at 6k, and peak tq of 472 at 4700. I'm shooting for mid 12s. Can't wait to finish the rest of the car
