Default Poll : BBC with what adder?

Ok, once I finally finish up all the other projects I got going on, we start the BBC. For now itll be a 396, but dont worry about that.
Evuntally I will be building a 540 BBC (Dart Big M), either AFR or HitMan heads, huge cam, carbbed, etc.

Anyways at first I was going to go with a 14-71 blower. I have always like the looks of a blower out of the hood.
Then I got introduced into the world of turbo-ing.
Now I am torn between a
14-71
Twin Turbo (with twin 88s)
or a huge single (such as the Precision GT-114).

Car will be a 1984 olds cutlass with 9", glide, etc.
Will be a track car with the ocassional drive around town.

Also, any reason as to why would be appreciated.

turbos, either setup.

i'm a fan of hiding as much as possible under the hood to keep the other guy guessing, so a gigantic blower sticking out the hood doesn't do it for me.

I'd go with a large, ball-bearing single, all kept under the hood - like patgizz, I like stealth. Reasoning: Your 540BBC will have plenty of power normally, so you can afford a bit of spool time with a hell-raising mid and top end. Cheaper than twins, plumbing is less complex, and you'll still have some amount of engine compartment to work in...

Any way you do it, it will be fun, if you can get ANY traction!

either way the car is a big block with 540 ci of ground pounding vibrations and people are going to know that its not very stealth..but the nelson racing brothers have a twin turbo 63 lemans that makes 2000 hp....yea look it up and maybe ask them some questios abou it...good luck though

#1 why a big m, go donovan.
#2 what heads? you said afr or hitman huge difference between the two.
#3 huge cam is stupid with forced induction
#4 why carbed? you'll have a heck of a time getting a blowthru setup to work with either of the turbo setups.
