454 Big Block Project Help Needed.

454 Big Block Project Help Needed. I'm working on a new project, a budget project, and I need a little advice.
The motor is a '99 454. It's a rebuilt long block. I'm ready to find heads. I want to go with new style, Gen5 or Gen6 heads, but I have two things catching me up and I don't know which castings to choose.
The pistons are stock, probably flat, and I don't want to change them. I want to keep my compression ration around 9.25 or 9.50.
I was hoping someone might be familiar with the Vortec BBC heads, and would know of one that had good port design and good flow numbers and around 105 CC or 110 CC chambers.
