Default Lots of BBC questions

Car has a 468 BBC on 2 stages of gas on 110 octane, 10.5 ish compression.

TH-400 with a Coan stall that stalls at 3800 on the bottle.

Out of the box aluminum bowtie heads, out of the box edelbrock intake.
Car has a cown hood but a regular air filter top, not a K&N Exstream.
Electric fans but with a belt driven water pump. Exhaust is a dual exhaust with two 2.5 inch pipes on each side, flows good enough that it ran the same time on the exhaust as it did open headers. Have some quiter mufflers going on that have two 2.5 inch inlets and a single 5 inch outlet, straight threw design. Current mufflers are not really mufflers and the car got a lot of noise pollution tickets lol.

Carb is a worked BG that flows right at or very near 1050, has his initials engraved in it and everything, super nice and high dollar.

28 inch tall MT ET Street on a 15X8 wheel, 4.10 or 4.56 gear.

Holley blue pumps, one for motor, one for bottle.

Non Adj tq arm and PHR, SFC's, everything else is stock, he is throwing in some Spohn double adj LCA's with spherical rod ends, LCA brackets and QA1 shocks. Also is hooking me up with a REALLY good suspension tuner to tial it in and make the PHR and TQ arm adjustable then dial it in who is said to be able to get the car on the bumper, may go with coil overs and for sure a rear drag sway bar.

Car went 10.46@136 with a 1.8 60 on the bottle and on M&H racemasters. I will find out Saturday but if he rembers right its a 150 on the first and 200 on the second AT MOST!

How much is this car being choked out? 3800 stall on the bottle seems tight to me?
I know the water pump is hurting me a bit.

There is a local Pro Stock porter that going to go to work on the heads and intake and a local SB2.2/BBC machine shop thats going to spec a new cam out for me. I know the cowl hood will get a lot more air to the engine with the K&N top on the air filter.

What do you guys think it has in it with all the above?

The MPH is in the 9.9's. Keep in mind the car just has a roll bar and will need a 10 point. As it sits now with a cage and hooking I bet it would go 10.0.

Here is the CRAZY part, he said it went LOW 11's on the motor..... 3XX shot only picking up about a second? Can we say choked out?

You're not thinking right. You list a ton of stuff, yet the cam seems non existent when it's one of the most important parts of an engine combination.
Lets hear about the cam.

I don't know what cam is in it. Don't care because I am going to have it swaped out when I have everything ported. Right now the cam is matched to the heads and all that are not ported.

Car was built back in the eary 80's (set up)
