Default holly tuneing

ok know this dont have anything to do with an ls1 but how do u tune a holly double pumper i have the bowls set right and thats as far as i got thnx for any help

Set your timing correctly first (with a light, unless you have a calibrated ear like me) or you're wasting your time. Set the float bowls so the fuel is right at the bottom of the sight hole. Set the idle to where it idles best at the desired rpm with the idle screws and speed adjustment. Drive it around part throttle (don't open the secondaries) and jet the primaries so it runs good and the spark plugs look good. Then make some wot runs shutting it down as fast as possible to read the plugs and jet the secondaries accordingly.
That's the short sweet version, it is an art to get it perfect.
Then the weather changes.

Thats not exactly something that can be summed up in a paragraph.
There are 3 circuits, or 4 depending if you consider the accel pump a circuit, in a holley carb and each one of those circuits can be tuned independently. Of course, depending on what it needs, or what its problems are.
Theres a great book "how to tune holley carbs" by Alex Walordy. I suggest you pick one up. Theres just too much info to try and post it in a couple paragraphs on a forum.
The book addresses all the important aspects, such as choosing the correct power valve (very important, and most people have no idea how to) idle tuning, throttle blade drilling, metering block modifications including emulsion tube mods and a bunch more. You'll need to read it 2 or 3 times. If you any specific questions shoot me a PM. I've been tuning Holleys for 20 years.
