Was wondering if it is feesible to drop a supercharger onto a 455 olds engine?
love the tq it puts out but wanting some more in hp

You might want to try realoldspower.com for more help, but here's my quick 2 cents: I've seen both turbo & supercharged 455's... I think its more common nowadays to see centrifugal-type, rather than the older roots blowers. Stock bottom-ended 455's are reliable up to a point (maybe 600ish?), but their bottom-ends are notoriously weak with two-bolt webbed mains, and giant 3" journals. They removed (I guess left out would be more appropriate) a lot of mass from the block, which is good for weight & cost savings, but bad for hi-po apps.
