Edelbrock Heads
Too small to rev that high, 170cc I think? You need some compression, at least a 200cc runner and a large by huge solid roller to pull that off.
Those heads are DONE at 6500 on a 350 mill, I had a 355 12.5:1 JE/Carrillo, .680"/272* mech roller with 221cc Brodix Track Ones an out of the box 950HP holley that would spin 8000+. That little sucker woulld pull all the way from 5000-8500 it made 433whp N/A through a very loose 5000rpm converter. Went easy mid 10's in a 3100lb 69 Camaro small tire car....
In short BIGGER HEADS are needed to meet your goals....
