local tuners in here please!!!

just checking to see if anyone local does computer tuning w/o the car. i am building another rockcrawler and will be installing a 5.3 w/ a f-body harness and a 00 vette computer.

all i need is to delete all the transmission,emission and all the items not needed. fuel inj change.......well you get the idea. shoot me a pm if you can handle it.

check out LSXTune.com Steve is a great guy he has mail order and if you have a hptuners then you could do email tuning.

You'd need a bench for that.

Your best bet is to find someone with a 2000 car. Swap your PCM in there, have the tuner tune it, and pull it back out.

ive got a 2000 car. just my luck.

why cant i just send it out and have it reprogrammed w/ a 5.3 truck tune. then have all the other stuff deleted. and of course add for the ls6 intake and 28.8 injectors? i think pcmforless does it.

one more thing. its impossible to get in touch w/ local tuners. plus i dont have the time.

Why would you swap it out into another car and then tune it and take it back out?????? Vengeance or APF can get the computer and hook it up and delete all that he is asking without the need of another car! I guess that is what you are talking about a "bench"?
