Need a 3.8L My old 99 Camaro is sitting in my back yard covered up due to the engine giving out about a year ago...With gas the way it is, it would be a great DD and MPG car. Anybody know where I can find a decent 3.8L "besides a junk yard" and where to get it dropped in at around the Atlanta area? I dont have the tools to drop an engine in a car anymore...

I have a 2000 V6 I wrecked.
3.8 runs fine, 100000 miles, still starts up and drives...however I "sold it " to a buddy last october for him to put the motor into a volkswagon bug. I can ask him if he is interested in getting rid of it and let you know. I sold the car complete to him wrecked for 1000, but may split if he will get rid of it. Ill give him 500, you give him 500 for drivetrain. I could use some parts from it. (interior)
