Auto Center in Slidell
Auto Center in Slidell I went to that auto shop in Slidell, next to the Saturn dealership, on the right side, the second exit into Slidell, eastbound. The place is a ******* joke. They have f-bodies there that's been refurbished and clone camaros. The guy i spoke with had the nerve to tell me that they can't go less than 11,500 for a damn pontiac formula. All the cars are not worth 9 grand (objective opinion). My brother and i saw at least 8 things wrong with all the cars there (scratches, parts not matching, wrecked parts that were not fixed right, etc). If yall know anyone looking to buy f-bodies, don't recommend that place. I'll post the name of the place later. Those of us that's from around here, yall know the place i'm talking about. The average price they're asking is 14,900 for these pieces of ****. Check it out!!!

He does not. I know Mark Anthony personally (the owner). Good guy. Does over price his stuff, but people buy it. So, I guess he knows what he's doing. He has had multiple cars stolen off his lot, attempted thefts, and stolen from his house when he drives one of them home. So, the thieves view his lot as a target...as well.
He buys cars that people bring to him and takes some in as trades. The others, he gets from auctions.
He's a real good guy, just sells the vehicles too high for my taste. But, like I said, people buy them from him all the time.

A friend bought a Honda s2000 from him. he swore up and down the car was stock its whole life and it was a one owner car(carfax said it was). Come to find out, the car had a meth injection and a supercharger on it. The previous owner said he told the dealership that. Jus saying what we found out, you be the judge.

Yeah we all go by there and he stays in business, not sure how but he does? He sold a white firehawk not too long ago I always see on Front St at Van Village (mostly truck stuff now) but the hawk always has its hatch open every day, makes me wonder if it was a flood car...? YMMV
i know that white hawk NEVER seems to move...and yes he is overpriced on his cars i looked there at a vette he had...... but i wouldnt buy any of those cars they seem wore out but i say seem i never drove any of them so i won't bash
i know Mark I bought My SS from him back in 2001 it was the first Fbody he sold he just sold vettes and BMW"s back then he didn't have a lot then. He kept all the auction cars at a storage. His prices are kinda high but what used car lot doesn't shoot high? He'll work with you just like any other car lot. He has had 2 cars taken from the lot and one from his house.He also had a few low mile cars last time i was there he has a 02 WS6 with like 25xxx on the clock just watch what you buy anywhere you go.

I'll bash!!! Right after my visit with them, i went to another shop off of the Gause exit and bought another f-body (98 Z 28) for 6500 bucks, 5 thousand less than what the other shop was trying to sell. Plus, the car was in 100% better shape than anything on their lot (including the Porche). So their loss, My wife's gain. Further than that, the car's fast as hell (especially for an automatic). Different note, a clone camaro is a Z-28 with a SS hood and wing. They didn't even have the knowledge to change the dame exhaust tips on the one i saw. Thinkin bout drivin by and doing a burnout in that car in front of their shop with my wife's $6500. camaro.
