Hub City

Thinking about heading down there on the 21st for some grudge racing. Anyone from here ever go? How is the track prep? How bad is tech?

Also, does this area have a local racing forum?

I have been there numerous times and the track hooks hard when I go compared to Gulfport track which is a lil closer to my house.

As far as tech in.....

got you car and your ***...go racing.

I have been down that track in my buddies 9 sec trans am, no helmet on either of us,no cage in the car, camera in my hand, no 5 point harness, just the lap belt. Pulled the wheels 3 feet in the air.

they have gotten a little stricter. You at least need helmet these days.

Track prep has kinda sucked as of late. There is a new guy running it.

Go to the LS2.com southern section, ALOT of guys in there run there.

There is a HUGE streetrace at Hub on Dec 27th. The Santa Claus shootout.
