383, medium 236/610 cam, afr 225's, headers and a Fast through stock mufflers, 390 gear and a six speed yields 480/426. Runnin 10.66 @ 129

402, mild 232/600 street cam, afr 225's, headers and a Fast through the mufflers, 410 gear and Auto tranny yields 464/448. Running 11.17 @ 117
These are street machines so I didn't go all out with high compression and wild cam. You can drive these any where with AC and radio on. Some people are getting 540/500 from a 402. I didn't want or need it !

Pete Incaudo did all the porting\polishing on the top end. Also his cam choice. I ask for a street machine 402 to get me high 11's...he kind of beat that request a little bit. A 402 in your vette will be a bad M-F'er

Here is his cell number. If you don't know who he is...was involved in the original development of AFR heads. He does all the head flow testing for a couple magazines. He knows these motors like the back of his hand. He is a wealth of knowledge...give hime a call, tell him I sent ya.
If you notice the TB in my picture from Comtech. Pete designed them. Took 3 years. I run them on both of mine.
By the way, someone jacked up my post. I like what they did but some info is missing. That motor vid is of the truck as is the motor picture and dyno chart. My truck 1/4 vid is gone. Sorry....if you need to see anything let me know.
