Lafayette - A O C
A O C is an organisation that hires clueless people to keep an eye on you (often times these people may have a sociology degree or some other useless degree or they may have no degree at all). They are hired by corporations who can't legally track their employees' personal lives. So the corporation tries to find a way around it. This is where A O C comes in.
Let's say you have dirt on your employer (violation of OSHA standards, violation of SEC rules, violation of employment law, etc...). Your employer, who knows you have this dirt, will most likely skirt the legality of spying on you and will hire someone to do it for them. It is a very fine line.
The employers' hire lobbyists to make the rules favorable to them. The lobbyists then work on politicians who vote on these bills.
Hello A O C.
Don't bother with what they tell you; just refer to your Bill of Rights.
If your employer tries to lead you to believe that you don't have rights; just stick The Constitution down his throat and make him swallow.
