Good shops in Birmingham? I am new to Birmingham and looking for a good shop for installs on my 99 car. Right now I need the headers and exhaust redone but looking at heads, cam, intake etc. in the future. I also need good places for wheels, tires, and car audio.

I don't know if Speedsouth does car audio but they can definitely take care of everything else on your list. They also have their own dyno and tune as well. A lot of people say they are higher than most places but they've been in business for a long time so they must be doing something right.

SpeedSouth installed my LS7 and all of my suspension modifications and also tuned the engine. They are kinda high at about $100 per hour for labor. The only real complaint I have is, it takes them a while to get your car back to you because they are always over worked and under staffed.
