Who all is going to the track for test-n-tune on the 6th? I am taking my T/A to do some shake down passes, wouldn't mind meeting some members on here for some fun, gates open at noon so I will be there.

Currently high at 60 with 5mph wind. Still a long way away. Have you posted on ARS? I know a few Pelham/Alabaster people would probably go.

I'll probably spend most of the time on top of the tower with the camcorder. Great view from up there. My friend really wants to get into the 11s with his 5.0.

I will be there at noon when the gates open, I will not be hard at all to miss, my T/A is matte black so you can't miss it.

Called around 12 and they said it was canceled due to lightning strikes. The hangover race is next week. Warn weather that weekend. I think Steele is closed for the winter it so would have to be 2 weeks before the next MMP attempt.

Yea it was a bust, I got there at 12 and they told me lighting hit the tower a few weeks ago and they have been waiting on a part to fix it, said it should be here this week, it will be about 2 weeks before I can get back there.
