Figured I'd look at the plugs this past weekend as I had a slight miss at idle.
Plugs in the car where E3😬
Changed them out this past Saturday and let the car sit in the garage. Pulled her out to go to work this morning and she's missing firing bad!
Got 2 miles and decided to go back home as makes no sense to work when I know my mind will be absorbed on the problem...only car fanatics understand this. I checked the wites resistance and they are all over 900ohms with one near 1900. Replaced them and Man! Does she drive smooth and purrs at idle like a kitten. I'm so excited I'm going to take her into the mountains right now😃 deals gap here I come!
I want to hit up Road Atlanta for an HPDE sometime in my V....been scoping out hooked on driving, but my car keeps breaking!

The alignment is top priority at this point, but I also need to find a shop/mechanic local to Woodstock that can do the following.
Driver side entrance, the roll cage needs to be cut and a swing bracket welded (preferably a really clean welder).
A short in the fuel system needs to be tracked down and fixed.
Fuel gauges need to be hooked up, not sure why they are not working.
Speedometer needs to be hooked up, speed gear is installed in the tranny, but there is a leaking oring that needs to be replaced.
Some other minor things need to be done, but this is it mostly.
The car's timing is off, but we'll fix that when the weather is a bit warmer.
Car is street legal, but only gets about 6mpgs with about a 10gal fuel cell, so that is why I need to find someone local lol.
This fuel cell will be replaced with a bigger one, but just isn't top priority at this point.
Pic is with the old hood, I've since replaced it with a 2" cowl.

The only shop I really know anyone at personally who seems to work on 1st-3rd gen stuff is Brays Auto in Snellville. They're number is 770-985-4099 ask for Joey. They seem a little obscure but he's always got some classic Chevy or another in there doing anything from little tune ups to overhauls, so...
