Looking for GM/Chevy Mechanic around Norris (Closely to Knoxville),TN

2017 Suburban

I want my 2017 Suburban start-up.

It had wrecked in Front-end and it won’t start. It has been park for years.

I mess up on the fuse box.

The airbag SRS control module had reset and seat belts had reset and re-programed .I am not good at mechanic.

Someone who have full function diagnostic scanner tool, like Autel Max MP808TS.
