TTT for any new MS users. Anyone going racing soon? Just got my new tires on, so I want to see if they will slow down my car or with the 60ft pick up enough to lower my ET.

I will be at Hub next weekend. We are finalizing the move this weekend so God knows I will need to get out of the house for awhile and let the wife unpack.

We are moving from Atlanta to the Hattiesburg area this Sunday. It will be nice to be less than 10 minutes from a strip. Im pretty close to one here now...but hub hooks pretty damn good and the low altitude is great...

You know, besides Memphis, I haven't been to any of those tracks. I haven't even raced at Memphis. When I was in school (Starkville) I lived with two other gear heads, and we would still go south to tuscola motorsports park in Lena, MS (nice track, but no Hattiesburg). I think it took about an hour and a half to get there.

I didn't get to launch at 4K last weekend. My timeslips were like:
2000K=2.2 60'
2500K=2.1 60'
3000K=2.0 60'
So if it will stay linear and my tires keep hooking, 4000K=1.8 60'. Low 13's or maybe a high 12 could be possible. As long as I keep my clutch cool enough to not have problems shifting. Anyways, I'm kinda jonesing to go back.
