The C5 bake upgrade is complete. I still have no intake, since the paint shop has it. I have the fittings comming from Summit to tie the fuel line into the stock line. I decided at the last minute to get a LS6 valley cover to get rid of more hoses since the AIR is history. I hope to fire this thing up in the next couple of weeks and take it for a drive . Then wash all the dust off it and park it again to pull the tranny and send it off. At this time I plan on lots of polishing 
Just think, the SS has not seen the road since September 
.Don't worry, this summer WE plan on lots of driving time. I want to get together for some Blue Ridge Parkway runs. Anyone up for that?
Forgot to mention, I am on the lookout for some stock 16" rims from a Camaro or a Trans Am so I can purchase a pair of slicks. Its time to dump this Bitch and see if it holds. If any of you know where I can get a cheap set of wheels from, let me know. I want to try it out at Greer first, since that seems to be the better preped track, then off to a 1/4 mile track. If the rear breaks, oh well. The car will be down again until a 12 bolt is in the bank.
All we need to do is set up some dates. We love stoping at the lookouts and taking pictures of the car. The weather is so nice in the dead of Summer up on Mnt. Mitchel. Thats when the vert is so NICE
