We tried using a spacer on the front, and it still compressed the caliper when we put the wheel on. They were diet cokes old skinnies so maybe he knows.

if u use spacers on the front, u need to use longer wheel studs...... i would just grind it a lil bit...

thacker, wtf havn't you awnsered ur aim's the last few days? to busy setting all these races up i guess huh.

Just spacers on the fronts, maybe a TINY amount of grinding, depends on your brake pads. On thick somewhat fresh pads they may touch the caliper. Rears just need to be ground down a bit

Oh, and my LT1 is tired and only making compression on 6 cylinders. #5 is 0 and #3 is 30. Runs mid 13s@100 on slicks and skinnies now, getting filled up with H20 for a week did it in. . New motor's gonna be a monster though.

I'll post up whatever it takes when we fit them on mike's car, but I know the prostars are going to be different then the draglites.

my friend that just swapped said there were no difference, if one clears so shall the other according to him.. i ask becasue i was trying to figure out which one would take less grinding and that was teh one i was going to get.

Front prostars fit fine with 5/16 spacers, but I ground a bit off anyway. Rears took the usual fuckload of caliper grinding. Didnt have any 1/2 inch lugnuts (DOH) to bolt the rears on mike's car since mine are 12mm

BTW mike I'll pick the prostars back up from you at the shootout. I need to put them on my car when it goes into storage because i'm selling my other wheels.

I'm not actually installing the stuff. I'm lending a helping hand on the beer install into my tummy Plus I can't catch a cam/head/clutch or anything install here lately. You've been stealing up all the work lol

I had to push that piece of **** across that even shittier parking lot at ken's shop with no tires and a jack under that ******* POS rearend that was on it. Lol... it was 120341923123 degrees out that day too. Good times.
