Check all your fuses. GM pairs up to three fuses together, so it may not really be anything wrong with your stereo or pw. Usually when I have had that happen it is something to do with the cigarette lighter. (like a penny or something shorting it out and it blows the accesories fuse. But to be on the safe side if you have to, pull every fuse in the dash side fuse box and check them, you will find something else blown that is sharing power with your radio and pw.

I'm picking the car up again this weekend... who's up for meeting sometime next week?
