Help timming loss!

Help timming loss! For some reason i am lossing 3d at 2600 rpm, and up to 7d at WOT 
. I have checked and have no exhast leaks. I have done the rockers over and over again, but they seem loud to me. I have a LT4 KM. maybe my KM is going bad it has 156,000 miles on it. Just wanted to know if anyone has had this problem. thanks
