I hope this isn't correct, because I hate to see dragstrips developed into something else or abandoned. I know there's a group on here that frequent MMP, so I just thought I'd let you guys know.

Rumors like that have been flying for years. I would really be pissed if MMP closed, 'cause the nearest *good* track to me is Silver Dollar.
I guess that I'll just have to get a G-Tech Pro and take it to the street.
FWIW, I'm out there most every Friday, doing my part to support it.

What a crock....ya know a lot of us go there on fridays, they also have lots of events. I'm sad to say Super Chevy woun't be there this fall, that sucks, but I guess something happened last year so they arn't coming back.

SuperChevy did not have a good turn out last few years. If the demand is there, they will be back. That would absolutely suck if mmp goes. There are far too many 1/8 mile tracks out there. The 1/8 is just a teaser for most cars.
