Default need ls1 block

Need a good block for F.I. The forged shortblock I have has issues.

Whats all wrong with it? I have a shortblock? Might be able to trade out. And Im going to Douglasvill ga in two weeks. So I can bring it out there.

Craig....it has cracks in the block ...like 5 running from the aluminum just behind the cylinder sleeves to the water jackets....it also has a big welded spot on that side of the block. I think someone threw a rod out of the block...welded it back up.....bent Dave over and took his lunch money! It does not have arp main bolts as he was told....has stockers and hell it was even missing the little 10mm bolts that go on the side of the mains. His **** is all phucked up now while my car is sitting in his driveway so i can finish my tranny install tomorrow. Hopefully we can get him going soon...he works out of that truck daily

Would like to work something out. Unfortunately I need to get this thing up and running asap.

They did not use the vaseline either.

My buddy Tim is selling a 00 Ls1 Shortblock that was pulled from a vette. It has less than 8k miles on it.

I got my hands on a short block tonight. Let me know what you want for the block if it is not damaged. I can use it for my forged pistons and rods. That way I will have a forged short block as a spare.
