code deleating in charlotte aria

im going to take my air and egr out when the weather gets warmer and ima need someone with 98 software to deleate my codes. im willing to pay or you can do it for free.

i talked to him, id have to pay him 125$ so he can get the vin for my car. he can only do 99-2000 he says. if im wrong let me know and ill tell him.

Actually I didnt have the chance to meet him personally . everytime I try to get to him things screw up .

I didnt know that he only has 99-00 .
