Default Thinking of going to the Dark Side!

I'm thinking about getting a heavily modded WS6 TA. What are some good shops in GA that I could take it to get tuned and the nitrous plumbed up?

If you're selling the Crustang and buying a WS6 then you're leaving the dark side.

Unless you have an 03-06 cobra the rest are crap. I mean 5.0's can be fast but they are cheap boxes with wore out frames and susupensions for the most part. Bolt on LSX motors will out run 4.6's with blowers.

This would happen if the Mustang had a sub-par driver I would think. Not tying to start anything, but most Supercharged 2 valves I see that run a minimum of 8 or 9 psi make 380-400 rwhp. This is of course with all the supporting mods that go with FI. Most bolt-on Fbodys I see make somewhere in the 350-360 rwhp range, and while it could beat a blown Stang, the driver of LS1 better be on their game. We have a few blown GTs around here, and they are not to be underestimated on the street.

VRD would be a bit of a treck for you but maybe well worth it in the long run. They do some top notch work and the only thing better than there work is there personality. Awesome guys.

Another vote for Vengeance Racing....Mike and Ron are some of the most experienced guys in the business!! Customer service is great and they stand behind their work. VRD tuned my car, put in a differential with gears, and are about to put in a tranny with a Yank SS3600 stall. I won't go to anyone else with my T/A.

I do, but its like I have a mental block and cant put it up for sale LOL. I guess because when I sold my 02 L I regretted it for like a year, and kinda still do actually, so I cant let it go yet. I have a couple of people that are really interested and it could probably be gone in a couple of weeks max if I would sack up and do it. If and when I finally do let it go, a Silver LS1 SS is in my near future, thats for sure

Silvetstang- think about what you just said a blower car that can lose to a n/a car man what else is there to say. Think about the f-body with a blower. All in all anything can be fast but when I had mustangs in the past they just flet cheap to me.

^ My L was fast, it was just a tad bit heavier (4500+ pounds w/ driver) than a Z28 LOL. I miss that truck like crazy, it wasnt the fastest thing by any means, but it was a little more rare and unique. If youve never been in one, they have amazing TQ (450 lb.ft.), feels like a freight train off the line. But yeah I lost multiple times to that guys Z, so they have their limits. Not sure what year/bodystyle Mustangs you had, but my interior is great, the car just hit 60k miles and there are virtually 0 rattles or creaks, and the leather is in near perfect shape.
