Brake Upgrade Kit...(exploring mode)
Brake Upgrade Kit...(exploring mode) I'm looking for a step above the front stock system. Done some searching on this forum and it seems everyone that does this goes ALL OUT $2-7K!! I'm just looking to improve my calipers in the front for better stopping power.
I've checked the sponsors and just don't know what direction to go in. Currently have stock brakes with upgraded rotors and Axxis pads. 17" wheels too.
Does this type of kit exit? Are C5/C6 brakes better than F-Bods?
Give me some opinions boyz.

The cost is not worth the reward IMO. I put bigger brakes on my silver SS right before I sold it and it didnt really feel much different. The brakes were much more "touchy", but the stopping distance wasnt greatly reduced.
Jim do not waste money trying to make these big heavy cars stop like an M3, cause it aint gonna happen. Put a sticky pad on there, some vented rotors for the heat, deal with a little squeek and call it a day. Put your money elsewhere (Like making more power
