10 Bolt UPDATE
Well guys the carrier is shot so I am shopping now for either a 9" or a S60. I have ruled out 12 bolts all together.
The Strange Engineering S60 is much heaver 50+lbs, but honestly there is no better place to have more weight then right there. I mean you cant add weight any place better, and I can make up for the extra weight somewhere else. The have a much larger ring gear and are rated to 1200rwhp. Almost twice what me long term goal hp would be.
The Moser 9" however is used by everyone including the big gun racers. So finding parts and people to work on them would be 100 times easier and cost effective. Not to mention there are more people with "one of those laying around". They will also be able to hold my target rwhp. The down side is they have more parasitic loss then 10, and 12 bolts, and even the S60.
Now my mechanic tells me Moser is better then Strange in his opinion as he has never seen a Moser bust and they are America's oldest axle manufacture (used to make train axles) he has seen some of the Strange Engineering stuff break. I haven't though, but he has been at it much much much longer then I have.
So I'm looking at the Strange Engineering S60, and Moser 9". I would love to hear some experience you guys with Strange 9" have had, as they are much more complete then the Moser's.
Oh yeah I forgot to mention I now have a slightly used (2K miles) Summit Stud Girdle, (new in box) 3.73 ring and pinion, USED axles, and a 10 bolt housing, and (new in box) complete install kit I'm not gonna be using. Eric has my DRs and is gonna hold onto them as long as he wants so if any of you wanna borrow them let me know.

Man Im telling you its a tough call. I have leaned toward both of them for different reasons. Im thinking now a 9" is going to be more practical.
Long term goal is to build a fully forged 383 LT1 (target of 400rwhp) and when at the track use a 300 shot (target hp 650-700rwhp) so I KNOW the 9" will hold it without any issues and allow me to swap out center sections in 30 minutes should I want to run a 4:10.
