Carolina Auto Masters??? Anyone in the southern states used CAM for tuning??
If not any recommendations??? Just trying to get a feel for going local or going with a big shop....and doing your research never hurts....

I'd reccomend the local guys. There are two guys in Charleston that can hook you up. You don't want to drive hundreds of miles to get a tune fixed. That gets pretty expensive.
If you're not a member already check out www.fastgm.com You can get some opinions about the tuning abilities of the locals. So far I don't think I've seen any complaints.

Try Alvin Anderson with PCM for less located near Charlotte NC, hes a great tuner and great person to work with

i've had CAM and a couple other shops tune my car, he's decent but you'd be better off going else where.
i'm not going to bash him like others will, but you should know that there are about 3 or 4 better options in NC alone.

Jeff Creech used to have a great reputation as a tuner, I don't know what has happened recently but it apears that something has changed, many people have had problems with him.

Verdad Gallardo I started using Jeff Creech's tunes when I was stationed in Germany. I could e-mail him a request on Friday morning and the updated tune would be in my inbox by the afternoon. He has done an excellent job tuning my car without ever seeing it. I would data log a run with HP tuners and e-mail it to him. He would look it over and send a better one back. My little 346 has survived 50-60 nitrous passes all spraying 200hp and above with his tunes. BTW, all these tunes are free once I paid my initial fee.
