I say 305rwhp,being a 98. If it was a newer one i would say 315 or 320.

Yeah, 98's never did as well as the later models so ~305 sounds right. Next time we have a gathering, you should come out. You can mess with some of the other cars and see how you stack up. A tune would add another ~15 or so, possibly more. You ought to look into some long tube headers as well. I would suggest Pacesetter since they are such a great price. Easy as heck to install as well. That would be a nice start. You get that tune lined up yet? I'm telling you, that made the biggest difference to me. I descreened my MAF as well and threw all my MAF readings off. Rhino adjusted those along with everything else he adjusts and my car felt like it had a small shot on it.
