If I had 4grand to spend ,I would go with what Echo said! And get a clutch also. The rear should hold up as long as you don't do any high rev drop's on it. I race mine all the time but it usually from a 40mph roll, so I am sure that is why mine is lasting,but take into consideration what you want to do in the future with your car as well and build it toward's that! It might be a little slower now but when you get to your ultimate goal you will be more happy and glad you only spent the money once! 
I am doing it in this order (not to say you have to or it is the best way) exhaust, bolt-ons, internals or clutch (depends on if your clutch is going bad or not which one of those to do first). But hey, its your money man. Do what you think will make you the happiest or what will get you closest to your goal with the car. Lastly, you might want to put some back just in case something unexpected happens.

i want to keep it naturally aspirated until i get the internals built and i want to also so i can go around eat some **** up and i don't want them to be like "aaa hhh the only reason you beat my turboed ricer is because your turboed." not yet thta is down the road a ways
