It's a shame you'll are waiting till Sunday to go, if you see a blue Mach 1 outrun you on the highway that will be me. I'm taking a lady friend to Tunica Sat. nite and then to the shootout on Sunday. It's starts a 9am????
No one posted up about all the fun we had??? Let's see here.....couple good highway runs on the way over, lots of dyno time, lots of badass cars and one hell of a finish. Zach, Neil, Jesse, Jeff and Chris.....you didn't get anywhere close to your money's worth. The fastest LSX cars ran after you left along with the fastest cars there that night period (6.XX at 22X and 5.55 @ 285). Nic and I got home at midnight. Post up your #'s and videos guys!!

First off, they know they don't have a hope in the world of hooking on street tires at a stoplight. But they try anyway. So Nic gets all sorts of sideways trying to gain traction as well. That race was inconclusive. The second race, Nic pulls him 1 1/2 cars and then the Neon narrows it back to 1 car before shifting and falling back enough that it was game over. Must have had a lot of lag because his powerband was very abrupt and over quickly.
I don't doubt that it was a fast car, and things could have gone differently with different conditions, but I think the outcome was inevitable. Nics topend is pretty awesome and his power was too peaky. Good times.

Loads of fun guys. Gotta love them highway runs. Try to get some videos up in a little while. My dyno numbers were 335 rwhp, 338 rwt. Was hoping for a little more but it is still good for what i have i guess. There were some fast *** cars there but my favorite would have to be the jet car...wow.

Good job Zach. ^^^^I think Neil would have taken down the Z06. They raced once and from Nic and I's perspective, Neil looked like he was pulling pretty good. Zach missed 4th, but all things being equal, the TA should pull.

i wish i stayed a little bit longer but i was shot, hey jesse i think if we some how learn how to edit some of the videos we can upload them. neil scared the crap out of me when he was backing up on the dyno, my heart stopped. had a lot of fun guys wish i would have brought my car now

) and shut her down around 164...yea we had a blast.....o and to bens comment the reason neil was a quarter panel in front of me was b/c he got the hit....i tried to tell him 3 honks but he was so excited, he kinda just went....i ended up missing 4th and i just let outta it after that...i need to run him again..we only ran once
