Default Omg.

I hate living in at apartments. Neighbors suck. The place have become ghetto. Baby's mama's drama always yelling outside 3 in the effing morning at the dad. Who I don't even think have a job, a LEGAL job anyways.

Tell me, what do you guys think is going on when you see a GROUP of people come into a place (this guy's home) and leave five minutes later for almost everyday? People parking on my parking spot and not a freaking towing company would want to tow the car away. I NEED orders OUT of HERE!!!

You need to move on base....very convenient and cheap. If you do, let me know. I'll be your referral and split it with you 50/50. That's a $100 apiece .

If I don't get orders out of here, A. I'll be looking for a house off base in a good neighborhood or B. Move in at base housing.

Life is short, don't spend any of your valuable time in a place or life situation you don't like.

You already know what needs to be done.... good luck with the move.

Man, I'm so glad I moved out when I did. I went through some of the same things when I lived there. I was there for about 2 months, and I just told the landlord I couldn't do it anymore with the loud neighbors and the kids hitting my car with their dodgeball everyday. I finished paying for the rest of the month and I was out. Have you talked to her yet about the problems? She can be very difficult and a butthole at times. Good luck to ya!

Let me talk to my co worker here...he was talking about renting one of his houses out cause the selling market was down. In Cabot I believe.

Please LMK. I don't mind moving in Cabot. My wife and I already decided we are out of this place when contract ends.

I can't afford to buy a house right now, if I do, I'd get one right away. SrA BAH sucks...

if its that bad, talk to the base housing office...they can contact the apartment complex and if it doesnt get fixed asap, the housing office can put that complex on the black list and write you orders to vacate that residency...the apartment complex has no choice but to oblige those orders and you get out of the ghetto and dont have to pay to break your lease early...just dont ask how i know all that...

Well, we will definitely moving into base housing, unfortunately it won't be the house we picked (by your house). And it won't be until 4 months later. If I went ahead and move out, I'll be paying for a $300 fee for skipping 4 months plus rent over at my apartment, moving expenses, new washer/dryer, new mower/edger, and pro rate rent fee over at base housing which I'm not willing to do because of holidays and 3 birthdays coming up all in the next 3 consecutive months.. (daughter, wife, and son.)That's alot of money add up for just moving along with other things going on. So yeah, its going to wait for just a little bit. But I'm hoping there will be a house open close to your house or Rob's house. Hospital side to say the least. The wife/kids are really bummed about it because they like the house that we saw and the location.
