Cain....you never know, if there is a bunch of ya'll running real close you might be in it. But your right it always seems to be bracket race cars that get in the big show. I agree with your rule, And needs to be actual street cars, full interiors...etc..etc..that to me is more fun to watch then full bore drag cars.

pinks at RR yeah cain, like i said in the first thread......but you might have a chance with a good low 11 sec car. you i mean, don't forget i raced ya......heads up too! i would think about it if i still had my Z-28....but. i sure wouldn't enter my pontiac, but might be there to watch. it's gonna be a good race for RR as long as the weather is good. looking to get together again for some more LS-1 races next year. after all the racing in my camaro last year in the heat,then selling it,i had fun racing and winning the LS-1 in nov. even with the slowest dial in there it was still fun. alot less to do as far as the car goes, and alot cooler than summer. i can't take that 100 degree heat anymore. have a good holiday all, and drive safe..............LOL............RON firehawk blue.

i've seen one episode where they kicked an 03/04 cobra out of the 16 cuz he didn't have a cage (or meet any of the other safety requirements for his time). one of the other competitors brought it up, so maybe they just turn their head unless someone points it out?
I watched an episode last week..Pinks all out...the guy in the 68 or 69 camaro that made in to the final run for the money, he didn't have cage, and in fact Nate laughed about his LAP BELT.
Further proof that every track in the nation should not allow this ABOMINATION of a racing event to take place on their property.
