BigT and I are both stationed at Shaw, I think there might be a couple of locals on here. A good shop if in need is Makin-Moore Performance, they are right outside the gate, and do pretty much only high performance stuff. They are going to be swapping my ls1 into my Chevy II when I get back. They are real good with LS engines, seems like that's all they have there besides a couple racer cars, and mustangs. Sweet... that's good info! I may have to check that place out.
But first and foremost I need to find a nice roof over my head, in a safe neighborhood and a decent school for my daughter to go to. I'm just looking for houses, no apartments.
So far I hear Alice Drive is the way to go, as far as elementary schools. But what about Millwood? Looking online at several places, it seems that wouldn't be bad to settle down in.
