ok, anything with tags and meets DOT regulations. as far as the line between race car and street car, i think that made by the owner. Like u didnt want to put a 400 in yours, that was your decision, but it didnt make it not street legal.

I think if it can be driven 20-30 miles at any given time then its street legal. I have owned vehicles that wouldnt make it that far, although its because they were almost blown up or damaged to a point. I think there are extremes to a street car, some are fast some are slow.
