383 LT1 build!!
383 LT1 build!! Finally, just got my motor back from the machine shop today for my street/strip project,and finally ready to order the rotating assembly!
Got it bored(.030) and honed, new cam bearings, freeze plugs and some paint!
Slow process without alot of money lol, but its coming along!

Looking good, that will be a bad engine My dad has a 96 camaro with a lt1 383 stroker, with a procharger and meth injection and more, its putting down 625rwhp right now. The build is looking good so far!!
Yea, i'm going with 6" H-beam rods and he said that almost all of them have to be cleared, but he said once i get the assembly to bring it back to him and he will then do whatever has to be done to make it fit for nothing extra!!
I'm hoping to have sick car when i'm done! Its going to be a NA solid roller, so i'm expecting good numbers!
