Nice deal... I sold a complete (barely used) Incon TT stage III kit for $7500 to a guy in Sweden.
APS was designed by the same guy in Australia that did the Incon kit, regarded as one of the best TT street kits ever made (not including some perfect custom kit.... few and far in between)
The Incon kit was a masterpiece, and the APS is said to have been an improvement. An APS owner is a lucky guy..
