ws6 and firehawk differences, engine mods etc.
I thought for the price differece it was a big differece in parts.
But I guess your paying for the name or options
A Firehawk is a lot rarer, and the thought is they'll hold their value better. That is yet to be seen though.
Depending on the mileage, a WS6 in that price range is doable. A Firehawk is too, again, depending on mileage, but because there are less of them, it's going to be harder to find.

-Firehawk embroidered floor mats
-Bilstein Suspension '99-'02 or 1LE '01-'02
-Specific triple-chrome plated Firehawk wheels
-Lower rear-deck SLP spoiler which were standard on Anniv. Hawks
If you're wondering, yes I do own one of these rare exstinct beauties, mine is a '99 T/A Hawk one of only 538 built in 99. This was the 1st. regular production year for T/A Hawks, before that Hawks could only be had in Formula trim since they came into production in '92. And for the record, there were no '98 Hawks, Formula or T/A.
Sorry it's so long just trying to explain.
Can you find a Firehawk thats pretty good in miles for that price?
Or are they running alittle higher than that?
Happy hunting.

1 of 175 Formula WS6s made in 1999
One of the very few hardtops too
Beautiful, rare, and I got it for 4% over dealer invoice. (With the options I chose it listed for just under $27K)I Love Firehawks too - if I had the money at the time, I would have purchased a Formula Firehawk hardtop.
