The 1LE option on '98+ required Formulas as a starting point, required both the M6 and WS6 options, and t-tops were not optional. There were a few other N/A items w/ 1LE, I'm thinking leather and power windows, but not sure there...
Right. LS1 1LEs (Formulas) were only built in '98 and '99 - and very few of them were built (I know only 15 were built in '98). All hardtops. They had NO power options - no power seats, no power windows, no power locks, and most came with cloth interior (not sure if all did).

? What is your question....did you not read the thread those are exactly the RPO codes your car should have.

WS9 - In that it was a base firebird
Y82 - In that it was a "Trans Am" package
WS6 - In that the additional WS6 equipment was added

Minor correction: WS9 = V8 Firebird (both Formulas and T/As will have this, but not V6 Firebirds)

If your refferring to the WS9 Formula conversion RPO then you are incorrect.
The WS9 RPO means the car is a V8 Firebird (all V8 cars will have this RPO)

W66 Formula Merchandise Pkg and Y82 Trans Am Merchandise Pkg are what determines the Model.

WS9 + W66 = Formula
WS9 + Y82 = Trans Am
WS9 + Y84 = Trans Am Convertible
What about the code W55

W55 is the RPO for the Firebird coupe's Monsoon stereo sound system w/ a CD in the dash HU, used from '96-'02.
