Y2Y Options Question.....
SO my 35th LE has the Y2Y rpo code on the drivers door, along with the Z4C code. But i dont have an options list decal on the rest of the car anywhere, the passenger door doesnt have any decals on it. The passenger door appears to be original but it could have been wrecked before, theres no telling. If im just missing the decal are reproductions available? And how do i go about finding out what options i have? I dont have a lid, and im pretty sure i have the normal oem SS exhaust. It has the orange decarbon shocks, not the bilsteins.

It probably just does not have any "additional" SLP options. Mine is not an LE but is just like that, WU8 and Y2Y but no additional SLP options. I am assuming this applies to the LEs as well. It it had the CME or lid it would have a second sticker.

Ya my LE si like yours Anniv. Both codes and no second sticker. When I talked to SLP they said mine was a bare bones LE and the Y2Y just meant it went to SLP so all SS's should have it.
The second sticker was for additional SLP upgrades.

My 2000 SS is the same way, no second sticker on the pass. door jam. SLP said base cars did not get that sticker. So the saying that all SLP cars SS's and Firehawks had pass. door jam stickers is false, not all had them.

I'm not positive, but I think Y2Y was just a code that meant "send this car to SLP" which all SSes ended up at. SLP put the hoods and spoilers on the SSes from '98-'02 while GM did the suspension and such.
I think SLP did the 35th LE decal application as well. I've never really thought about it or read about it.

Perhaps SLP installed the hurst shifters. Did your car come with that option?

Do you have the window sticker for the car? List out what optional content your car has--the stuff in the column on the right. Maybe we can narrow down what option was performed by SLP and caused the Y2Y code to be on your car and other people's cars.

Unless... "hey, let's send the car to SLP to put the CD changer in the trunk"...
just kidding...
Perhaps it was a minor option that may not show up on 2nd sticker content? Did your car come with BFG G-Force tires? What about optional wheels such as the ZR1 style ones? SLP floor mats? CAMARO SS Dash plaque and keychain?
I'm not sure any of those showed up on the 2nd sticker unless someone can prove me wrong. I think 35th LE floormats did show up on the 2nd sticker...
I don't know.

Mine has the "SLP Performance" floormats. As far as a dash plaque all it has is the "35th anniversary chevrolet camaro" button on the dash that all 02 camaros had.

Mine has the additional SLP option decal with the 35th car cover listed. All Brickyard cars had this option tho. Scott S. wanted them all to have covers. I'm sure the 345hp CME would be listed also.
