how much is this worth?

looking at possibly buying a black 1997 WS6 trans am with roughly 60k on the clock. car has perfect interior, but needs window motors. exterior is near perfect, but driveside fender needs replaced and front clip could use a repaint, mostly due to hood clear flaking. headlight motors need work, but if i guy just planning to swap in the bronze gears in them. car is a 6 speed and has a later year hurst swapped into it. has a flowmaster muffler with corsa tips, and a k&n filter. beyond that car is bone stock. any idea how much this car would be worth for individual sale? dont want to overpay, but dont want to lowball either. its a special circumstance which has me faced with buying it.
